Sign-on Requirements
All customers signing on must have cylinders that are able to be filled, and certified for a minimum of six months after sign-on.
If cylinders do not meet these requirements, the customer would be responsible for requalification or replacement at the costs outlined below.
- Requalification; $45
- Replacement; (20 lb) – $65
- Replacement (30 lb) – $100
These guidelines are set by the Railroad Commission of Texas.

Extra Volume
Service pricing is based on standard RV equipment: two 20-40 lb cylinders.
Our trucks are limited to a certain capacity for each delivery per DOT requirements.
If you have more volume than others you would use more space on the truck, limiting the amount of customers we can deliver to.
For this reason, we must charge extra to those customers with more volume, additional charges listed below.
- 100lb Cylinders $3.00 per cylinder
- More than: two cylinders, $2.00 each
Extra services
Customers are responsible for monitoring their propane levels. Once a delivery is requested by text, the delivery is typically completed within 48 hours.
If you run out of propane, please call us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible. Emergency or expedited deliveries would require a $10.00 expedited delivery charge
